Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will only be accepted on items that are faulty. Return shipping will be at buyers own cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Regrettably, we’re unable to accept returns on international orders, as South African Customs imposes duties on items returned to the country, making the process prohibitively expensive for us. 

Monkeybiz uses a payment portal that cannot refund back into international cards, should you wish to cancel an order, once paid, we can only offer store-credit for future orders.
