Question: How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Question: What if my product arrives and it is damaged?

Question: Can I choose specific colours and designs for my order?

You can request specific colours for your order but this will have to be done via the head office: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if you are very particular about this. Please note that we will do everything to accommodate this – but if there isn’t any in stock than we will send the closest thing to what you have requested. You cannot request specific designs as each piece is one-off and it is impossible to select design specificities. Remember, the fun is in not knowing what beautiful creature is going to arrive!

Question: What if I don’t like my order and I’d like to return it?

If you simply don’t like the order, but the order is not damaged, then you will have to pay the return shipping costs to us,and we will refund your money.

Question: What if my product arrives and it is damaged?

If your product arrives and it is damaged but the packaging is not (ie. Quality concerns), you can send it directly back to us and we will replace at no cost. However, if the product and the packaging are damaged, all items purchased from Monkeybiz are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from Monkeybiz to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier.

Neither Monkeybiz nor any of its agents or representatives shall be liable for any damage, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use or inability to use any product sold on this web site.

Question: Do I have to pay import duties?

Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. Monkeybiz does not know what levies may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.

Question: What if there are delays and/or cancellations of the products on the site?

Monkeybiz makes every effort to assure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform the buyer.

Question: What if Monkeybiz runs out of stock on the item that I want to purchase or have purchased?

Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Monkeybiz shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Monkeybiz shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.

Question: What is an agreement of sales and when is it in effect?

Placing an item in a shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not:

1.1 constitute an agreement of sale between Monkeybiz and users cannot hold Monkeybiz liable if such items are not available when the purchase cycle is completed later; and/or

1.2 constitute an order for such an item; and

1.3 Monkeybiz may remove such an item from the shopping basket if no stock is available.

An agreement of sale between Monkeybiz and a user only comes into effect if and when:

2.1 a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or

2.2 Monkeybiz reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Monkeybiz also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Monkeybiz shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user.

2.3 Monkeybiz shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Monkeybiz will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
